Can you believe it?!?! I'm actually teaching maths now! Everyone who knew some years back knew that maths was my weakest subject. It is. Lol, especially for secondary syllabus. I was flipping through my old stuff when I found comments like "Bz, if you knew how to change the signs, you could go much far.", "Bz, put the past behind and strive for a higher goal next time".
Well, the reason why I teach maths is because I can't teach others. I can't teach English because I only know how to write roughly.. I dunno all the nouns, verbs, adjectives.. blah blah blah.. hee hee.. I anyhow write for so many years liao.. lucky still can struggle til thus far. Well, for Chinese, some may find that it should be my forte. It was. WAS. I loved the subject when I was in Primary 5 & 6. The teacher was so cool, taught us many out-text-things like, idoims blah blah blah.. Many other Chinese teachers I met after that (not all) were sticking to the syllabus only and taught us how to memorise the words for spelling test and exams, but not how to enjoy the language itself. I also have a problem of writing down the characters. I can recognise them but I can't write em' down. Every essay writing time I MUST have a dictionary beside me. I'll spend half the time writing and half the time searching for the character. Pathetic me. LOL.
Well, the kids that I'm teaching now are real real good with their maths. They knew how to count mentally real fast. Well, it's time I pull up my socks.. :P
